Session and Tour Booking Terms & Conditions
- An €50 or €100 deposit (depending on the service you book) is required to reserve your appointment with Paypal upon booking and the balance of your booking less the deposit will be due on the day of the session by cash
- By submitting a booking deposit you are committing to a photography session / photo walking tour with Eva Perocsenyi
- In case of very bad weather conditions or other force majeure events it is possible to reschedule your booking for free. If your session or tour can not be re-scheduled your booking deposit will be refunded
- Full payment is due on the day of your session or tour
- In case of booking a photoshoot images are edited at the Photographer’s discretion, and delivered digitals may not include all images shot. The Photographer reserves the creative rights to edit and release only those images deemed creditable as professional in quality and within the photographer’s artistic standards
- Being a body-positive photographer light skin smoothing is applied during the editing procedure and minor or temporary skin issues are going to be fixed (small scratches, acne, scarring, blemishes or bruising etc.) but people’s actual bodies are not going to be modified
- Edited images are delivered within 3 weeks through an online gallery. The gallery will be available for 6 months to download the full resolution photos
- Images are copyrighted. You will be given a full personal use release for the images included in your package, and share online but the images remain under copyright
- Pictures taken by Eva Perocsenyi may be used as a part of the photographer’s portfolio on the Your Dream Pictures website or her other online portfolios
- You must be at least 18 years of age or older to use the service. If less than 18 years, you will need parent or guardian permission to book a shoot
